Public House. 1785 by J.Terry, builder, altered in C19. Stuccoed brick,
part weatherboarded. Steeply pitched hipped tiled roof. 2 storeys, 3
windows. Central entrance in gabled porch addition. Ground floor right,
rectangular bay addition. Ground floor left, 6-pane C19 sash in reveal.
First floor glazing bar sashes in reveals. Slightly extruded end stacks.
Weatherboarded left return and rear lean-to additions with a 2-light
glazing bar casement. 2-storey hipped slate roofed wing to rear right,
1 horizontal sliding sash and 1 casement, rear end stack. Further
weatherboarded range with pantiled roof. Public House since c.1837.
