3/37 Rectory Farmhouse and
5/47 wing walls

House and wing walls. c1820-1830. Brown brick, slate roofs. 2 storeys, 3
bays. Central 6-panel door under fanlight with intersecting cusped glazing
bars in pilastered doorcase with projecting hood. 16-pane sashes with sills
to right and left, all under flat gauged brick arches. First floor: 12-pane
sash over door, 16-pane sashes to left and right. End stacks, hipped roof.
Wing walls to right and left are ramped up to house: brick copings. Pierced
by boarded door to right and by sliding sash with glazing bars to right.
