House. c1860. Gothic Revival style. Red brick with stone dressings,
timber eaves cornice, slate roof. Perpendicular style. 2 storeys, 2 bays.
Ground floor: to right, boarded door with blank Perpendicular tracery in
pointed opening with continuous mouldings under hoodmould. To left: square
bay with 2-light square-headed window with Perpendicular tracery flanked to
right and left by narrow cinquefoil-headed lights under floating cornices.
First floor: similar window over door, 3-light square-headed window with
Perpendicular tracery under hoodmould to left. Moulded and bracketed eaves
cornice, end stacks.
