House. Probably C17, remodelled in late C18. Coursed oolitic limestone
rubble, brick dressings, pantiled roof. Probably centre lobby-entry plan
originally, now direct-entry plan. 2 storeys, 5-window front. C20 panelled
door in timber architrave flanked to left by 3 sashes with glazing bars and
sills under timber lintels and to right by a single, similar, sash. First
floor: 5 similar sashes. Raised coped gable to left, plain close verges to
right, end and axial stacks. Interior: there is a cavernous inglenook
fireplace with a steeply cambered reused timber bressumer.
