House. C17 or earlier with C18 encasing and C20 rebuilding to left gable.
Timber framed with brick casing. Pantile roof. 2-room central lobby-entry
plan. Single storey, 2 windows. Recessed panelled door beneath segmental
header arch, flanked by C19 four-pane sliding sash to left beneath segmental
header arch and small 4-pane sliding sash to right. Wooden eaves board over
timber wall-plate. Truncated central stack. Left gable-end has C18 brick
casing below and exposed wall-posts and tie-beam in C20 rebuilt wall above.
Interior not investigated. Empty and unoccupied at time of resurvey.
