SE 82 NW KILPIN NEWLAND CORNER

House. Mid C18 with later cross wing. Whitewashed brick, pantile roof.
Central entry to small staircase lobby, and cross wing to rear. 2 storeys,
2 first-floor windows. C20 half-glazed door with divided overlight flanked
by 16-pane sashes beneath segmental arches. First floor: 2-light Yorkshire
sashes. Raised gable ends. End stacks. Interior: massive chamfered cross
beam and hand-cut joists to sitting room. 6-fielded-panel doors, many with
H-L hinges.
