House. Early-mid C18, perhaps with earlier origins; C19 alterations and
addition to left. Brick, stuccoed to front and left gable and incised in
imitation of ashlar. Pantile roof. 2-room, central lobby-entry plan with
small later outshut to left. 2 low storeys, 2 first-floor windows.
Chamfered plinth. C19 panelled door flanked by 4-pane sashes in flush
wooden architraves. C19 first-floor 2-light casements with glazing bars in
flush wooden architraves. Cavetto-moulded brick eaves cornice, largely
rendered. Brick-coped and tumbled gable to right. C19 axial stack and left
end stack. Rear has board door, 9-pane and 2-pane ground-floor windows,
first-floor sliding sash with glazing bars, exposed wall plate to left.
Possibly timber-framed. Interior not investigated. Empty and unoccupied at
time of resurvey.
