GV II
House. Early-mid C19 with later C19 facade. Brick with stucco to ground
floor of main facade and render above, Welsh slate roof. Central entry. 2
storeys, 3 bays. Quoins. 6-fielded-panel door beneath divided overlight in
elaborate eared and shouldered doorcase flanked by pilasters with nodding
keystone and dentilled cornice. 4-pane sashes with aprons and similar
architraves, without the flanking pilasters. First floor: moulded
continuous sill to 4-pane sashes in eared architraves with pyramidal motifs
to sill level and central glazing bar level and triple keystones. Raised
gable ends. Left end stack. Included for group value.
