Shop with dwelling above. Late C17 with earlier origins and later
alterations. Rendered brick, pantile roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Early C20
shop front with central double-leaf glazed door flanked by plate-glass
windows, all in pilastered surround with dosserets and plain frieze. Reduced
fixed windows to first floor. Very tall coped parapet containing blocked
second-floor windows. Steeply pitched roof. Interior: vestigial timber-
framing with some posts visible. Closed-string staircase with onion-on-vase
balusters.
