Mid C18. 3 storeys in local brick with pantile roof with stone coped gable ends
with kneelers. Wood eaves cornice. 3 windows, lintels, hung sashes with glazing
bars. Doorcase with pilasters, frieze and cornice with door of 6 fielded panels
and rectangular glazed fanlight. 2 small plain shop windows to ground floor
and 2 modern doors with rectangular fanlights and lintels.
Warehouse occupied by Haven Engineering, Nelthorpe Arms Public House, No 2
and Nos 4, 4A, 5 and 6 form a group with premises occupied by Northern
Upholstery Limited.
