Late C18. 2 storeys in local brick with double pile pantile roof with coped gable
ends with kneelers and brick stacks. 5 windows, hung sashes with glazing bars,
flush frames. 1 ground floor window has stucco lintel, the other is replaced
by a C19 shop front with plain pilasters. Door of 6 fielded panels in case
with plain pilasters, frieze and cornice. Rectangular fanlight, leaded. Stucco
band between storeys.
Warehouse occupied by Haven Engineering, Nelthorpe Arms Public House, No 2
and Nos 4, 4A, 5 and 6 form a group with premises occupied by Northern
Upholstery Limited.
