Detached house of early-mid C18 in red brick with small frieze and parapet in
stone. 3 storeys. 3 windows, the sides breaking forward. Modern 4-light casements.
Stacks at gable ends. Wood doorcase with panelled and fluted pilasters and dentil
pediment - somewhat shallow mouldings, so that it may be a reconstruction. Door
of 6 panels and rectangular fanlight. Moulded stone band between ground and 1st
floors.
Nos 35 to 56 (consec), Nos 56 and 57 and the White Hart Public House form a group.
Nos 35 to 46 (consec) are of local interest.
