C18 origins. Two storeys, now rendered, with pantile roof. Plinth. Brackets to wood eaves cornice. Rusticated quoins. Three windows, rusticated lintels, hung sashes with glazing bars, wood cases. Ground floor has two modern rectangular windows in rusticated surrounds with keystones. Window rustication, and that to door, is not original.
