Early C19. 3 storeys, rendered, brick to side, with Welsh slate roof with stone
coped gable end, with kneeler to right. Stacks at gable end. 2 upper storeys
have 3 Ionic pilasters, with 2 windows on 2 storeys, glazing bars to upper floor.
1st floor has later casements in moulded surrounds. Ground floor has late C19
shop front.

Nos 3, 4, 6 and 7, the Constitutional Club, and no 10 form a group.
