Mid C19. 2 storeys in yellow brick with Welsh slate roof with paired bracket eaves cornice. Brick rusticated quoins, 1st floor has 3 windows, round arches, moulded stone, fluted keystones, pilasters to sides with elaborate carved capitals, opening casements, small iron window guards, moulded cills. Ground floor has 3 large round-headed openings with brick rustication and stone keystone. 2 are windows, third is doorway with carved fielded gels and side panels, segmental fanlight. Ground floor in brick rustication.

Nos 3, 4, 6 and 7, the Constitutional Club, and no 10 form a group.
