Datestone 1715, much altered Former inn. 2 storeys, rendered, with pantile roof.
2 flush sash windows to side and modern door. Another elevation has 2 windows,
hung sashes with glazing bars above 4 windows, modern glazing. South west penticed
addition has 1 window to both storeys. 1 window to both storeys to gable end.
Brick diagonal-set eaves cornice.

Nos 1 to 8 Humber Terrace, and Nos 139 and 141 Waterside Road form a group of which
No 141 is local interest only.
