C18. 2 storeys in stucco with pantile roof and diagonal-set brick eaves cornice.
Roof hipped to right. 4 flush window, hung sashes with glazing hers. Ground
floor to right has pair of modernised windows with segmental heads, 2 windows to
left with glazing bars. Modern door. Plinth. Taller brick rear wing of 2 storeys with tumbled brickwork to gable ends.

No 2, Nos 8 to 20 (even), the premises occupied by Leavers Warehouse and Nos 55
and 57 form a group of which No 12 and the premisies occupied Leavers Warehouse
are local interest only.
