2 houses. Yewtree House C18 with C19-C20 alterations. No 3 early C19.
Coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings to Yewtree House; brick to
No 3. Concrete tile roof, brick stacks. Yewtree House: single storey with
attic, 2 window front. Central part-glazed door under projecting wooden
trellis porch, flanked by sashes in flush wooden architraves under segmental
brick arches. Stepped brick eaves. 2 raking dormers with brick cheeks and
sashes in flush wood architraves. Brick coped and tumbled gable to right.
End stacks. No 3: 2 storeys, 2 first floor windows. Plain door to right
under wooden porch, with 12-pane sliding sash and segmental-headed through-
passage entrance to left. Sash in flush wooden architrave and sliding sash
to first floor. Axial stack.
