House. 1840-50. Stuccoed brick front, rear of coursed limestone rubble
with brick dressings. Slate roof; brick stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays;
symmetrical. Central entrance with architrave, plain entablature, moulded
cornice and shallow hood, has part-glazed panelled door and plain overlight
in panelled reveal. 12-pane sashes in architraves with cills, with a
narrower window above the entrance. Plain wooden eaves board. End stacks.
Interior: staircase with wreathed handrail, panelled doors and window
shutters, moulded plaster ceiling cornice ground floor left. Included for
group value.
