Barn. Probably mid C19. Coursed limestone rubble with some brick dressings
and lower inner wall of brick. Pantile roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays. North
front has waggon entrance with pair of plank doors in elliptical-arched
brick surround with ashlar imposts and keystone. Blocked ventilation slits
to ground and first floor, and rectangular first floor pitching hatch with
pair of plank doors. Stepped brick eaves, hipped roof. Right gable end has
tall double plank doors. Designed to match earlier coach-house and stable
block to south. Included for group value.
