GV II

House. Dated 1814. Brick in Flemish bond. Pantile roof. Plan: 2-room
central staircase, with continuous outshut. 2 storeys, 3 bays; symmetrical.
Stone steps to panelled door and plain overlight in Doric doorcase with
pilasters, plain entablature and hood. 16-pane flush sashes, those to
ground floor with stucco flat arches, all with stucco cills. First floor
central dummy window, plastered with glazing bars in relief. Stepped and
cogged brick eaves cornice. Brick coped and tumbled gables. End stacks.
