House. C18 with C20 alterations. Brick, colourwashed. Pantile roof. 2-
rooms, central entrance plan. Single storey with attic, 2 windows. C20
part-glazed door flanked by 16-pane sashes with stucco flat arches and
projecting cills. Pair of C20 raking dormers with glazing bars and tile-
hung cheeks. Stepped and cogged brick eaves cornice. Brick coped and
tumbled gables. End stacks. Attic casement to right. Interior: original
beamed ceilings.
