Farmhouse. Early C19. Brick, colourwashed. Pantile roof. T-shaped on
plan: 2-room central entrance hall front with kitchen extension to rear.
2 storeys, 3 bays; symmetrical. Flight of 3 stone steps to doorcase with
reeded pilasters and fluted brackets with guttae supporting cornice and
hood; C19 part-glazed panelled door and 3-pane overlight in beaded-panel
reveal. Blocked cellar opening to right. 12-pane flush sashes to ground
floor, unequal sashes to first floor. Stepped eaves. End stacks.
Interior: open well staircase to rear with slender column balusters and
newels, moulded plaster cornices to entrance hall and main rooms; beaded-
panel window shutters and 6-panel doors in architraves.
