GV II

Farmhouse, now 2 houses. Mid C18, with C20 extension to right. Brick with
pantile roof. Central entrance hall plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays; symmetrical.
Plain board door with 4-pane overlight. 12-pane sashes in flush wood
surrounds with projecting stucco cills. Stepped and cogged brick eaves
cornice. Original end stack to left, C20 external stack to right gable-end.
Brick coped and tumbled gables, rendered to right. Interior: open well
staircase with moulded and ramped handrail, moulded string and column-on-
vase balusters with square knops; 6-fielded-panel doors in architraves.
