Farmhouse. Mid - late C18 with later alterations and additions, including
rear wing of 1842 and C19 entrance porch. Red brick in Flemish bond; yellow
brick additions to rear. Concrete tile roof. L-shaped on plan: 2-room
central entrance-hall front with wing to rear left. 2 storeys, 3 bays;
symmetrical. Projecting enclosed flat-roofed brick entrance porch has
doorcase with Doric half-columns supporting plain entablature with cornice
and hood extended around porch sides; half-glazed 6-panel door beneath
radial fanlight in arched panelled reveal. 16-pane sashes in flush wooden
architraves with sills and stucco cambered arches. 3-course first-floor
band. First floor: central 16-pane sash flanked by C20 casements in
original openings beneath painted brick cambered arches with 3-course brick
band above. Stepped brick eaves. End stacks.
