Mid C19. Plain rectangular structure in the Paxton style. Brick base, plain
yellow brick pilasters with stone capitals. Centre door is flanked by single windows
and 3 windows, hung sashes with glazing bars. Re-roofed with slight curve. Cornice
and blocking course which rises to centre label. 3 steps.

Sewerby House, terrace balustrade and attached garden wa11, archway to Sewerby
House, courtyard archway, conservatory, stable block, old laundry, Gate House and
the Lodge. No 16 form a group.
