Probably C17 brick, partially rebuilt in rough ashlar. 2 storeys. Diagonal-set
brick cornice between storeys. Steep pantile roof with weathervane.

Bessingby Hall, Hall Farmhouse and pigeoncote to Bessingby Hall form a group with
lodge to Bessingby Hall, Bessingby Hill.
