Late C18 or early C19. 3 storeys in brick with pantile roof with coped gable ends
and brick stacks at gable ends. 2 windows, hung sashes with glazing bars, rusticated
lintels. Ground floor has bowed shop window with glazing bars Centre half-glazed
door with 3-light rectangular fanlight. Right-hand shop window has canted bay
below old cornice.

No 1 forms a group with No 5, Nos 7 to 10 (consec), Nos 12 to 23 (consec) and
No 25A, No 5 is of local interest.
