C18. 2 storeys, rendered, with rusticated quoins and pantile roof with stacks
at gable ends. Canted bay of 2 storeys, hung sashes with glazing bars, 1 window
and canted bay to 1st floor. Ground floor has passage entry to left. Early C19
Tuscan portico, entablature continuing over door and rectangular bay window to
right.

No 1 forms a group with No 5, Nos 7 to 10 (consec), Nos 12 to 23 (consec) and
No 23A. No 5 is of local interest.
