Late C18. 2 storeys in brick with new pantile roof and modillion eaves cornice.
One 2-storey bow window with hung sashes with glazing bars, lintel with fluted
keystone. Doorcase has fluted pilasters and open pediment with semi-circular fanlight,
panelled jambs. Door of 6 fielded panels.

Nos 38, 44 and 45 form a group.
