Early C19, rendered. 2 storeys. Re-roofed in modern tiles, hipped, with stacks
at gable ends. 3 windows, rusticated lintels with keystones, hung sashes with
glazing bars. 2 similar windows to ground floor. Doorway with plain pilasters,
cornice and entablature. Modern door beneath rectangular fanlight of 3 panes.
Part of a visual group with Belle Vue Terrace.

Bellevue House forms a group with Nos 1 to 4 (consec) Belle Vue Terrace, Tennyson
Avenue.
