Late C17 and later. 3 storeys, rendered. 3 stacks. Parapet and moulded cornice.
Vermiculated rusticated quoins. Plinth. 4 windows in shouldered surrounds, lintels
with vermiculated keystones, brackets to cills, cornices with pediment shaping
and shoulders to 1st floor. 3 windows to ground floor with shaped moulded cornices.
Later hung sashes with glazing bars. Doorway with plain pilasters and entablature,
panelled soffit and jambs, rectangular fanlight. Right hand section of 2 storeys
with Welsh slate roof has 1 bow window without glazing bars above hung sash window
with glazing bars, in moulded surround. Some interior features.

Nos 7 to 31 (odd) and the Avenue Hospital, stables and wall form a group. No 21
(including former No 19) is of local interest.
