Early C19. Brown brick. Hipped, modern pantile roof. Two storeys. Paired
brackets to gutter. Six ranges of segment-headed sashes, No l's mid C19, No
2's contemporary with glazing bars and moulded flush frame, No 3 contemporary
with glazing bars and flush frame. No 1 has door with oblong fanlight and
mid C19 wooden Tuscan frame. No 2 has door with oblong fanlight and glazing
bars in contemporary moulded flush frame. No 3 has door with oblong fanlight
in contemporary moulded frame. Only No 3 has retained its contemporary ground
floor window. No 2's is modern. No 3's is a mid-C19 wooden canted bay with
Tuscan piers and full entablature. "King's Place" incised in good contemporary
cerifed capitals at north corner.
