Late C18. Brown brick. Pitched pantile roof. Two storeys. Moulded bracketed
wooden eaves cornice. Four ranges of cased sashes with glazing bars. Door
with 6 panels, (4 moulded) and oblong fanlight with glazing bars in wooden
frame consisting of 2 Tuscan 3/4 columns taking frieze ornamented with fret
pattern, and moulded cornice.
