TA 1828 NE 1/17 8.3.78.
Early C19. Brown brick. Pitched pantile roof. Coped gable with brick tumbling.
Two storeys. Bracketed eaves. Ground floor sillband. Three cased sashes
with glazing bars and channelled stucco voussoirs on 1st floor. Two ground
floor canted bays with moulded cornices, sashes and glazing bars. Door with
4 moulded panels and oblong fanlight, in deep reveals with stucco Tuscan surrounds.
