Late C18. Brown brick. Pitched and sprocketed pantile roof. Coped gables
on ashlar kneelers. Two storeys. Modillioned and dentilled kneelers. Five
ranges of cased sashes with glazing bars and channelled stucco voussoirs.
Door with 6 fielded panels, dentilled transom, and fanlight with glazing bars:
moulded wooden frame with fretwork pattern above, flanked by scrolled consoles
and surmounted by modillioned pediment. Lean-to extension to rear with tumbled
gable and one cased sash. Short south-east wing with tumbled gable end. North-east
wing with rainwater head dated 1911: steep pitched pantile roof, very tall
brown brick stack, and casement with lead glazing bars.
