Urn. Early-mid C19. Ashlar. Base and moulded pedestal, urn with narrow
waisted base, ribbed body and everted rim with leaf and dart moulding.
Contains plants. Overall height approximately 1.6 metres high. Moved to
present position in centre of lawn to north of The Old Rectory (qv) from
Holyrood House, Hedon, by Col R A Alec-Smith in 1957, together with nearby
pair of smaller urns flanking path to west (qv). Included for group value.
