Pair of urns. Early-mid C19. Ashlar. Each has square pedestal with
stepped cap, and urn with waisted base, ribbed body and everted rim with
leaf and dart moulding. Contain plants. Overall height approximately 1
metre. Moved to present position flanking path to west side of lawn from
Holyrood House, Hedon, by Col R A Alec-Smith in 1957, together with nearby
larger urn in centre of lawn to east (qv). Included for group value.
