House. Mid C18. Red-brown brick with pantile roof. Single storey with
attic, 3 windows. Half-glazed door to left beneath segmental header arch
flanked by single 6-pane sliding sash to left and 2 similar windows to
right, all beneath segmental arches. Inserted door between the windows to
right, boarded over at time of resurvey. Stepped eaves. Wrought-iron
brackets carrying wooden gutter. Full raking dormer over original door with
6-pane sliding sash, rendered cheeks. Tumbled-in brick to raised gables.
Axial stack. 12-pane attic sliding sash to right return; small 4-pane attic
sash to left return. Interior contains exposed ceiling joists, inglenook
fireplace with inserted range.
