House. C18, remodelled early C19. Brick, coursed chalk rubble,
pantiled roof. Direct entry; 2 storeys with 4 windows to first floor.
Off-centre door under oblong fanlight in plain wooden surround. 20-pane
sash to left of ground floor, all other windows 16-pane sashes. Stepped
brick eaves cornice, axial and end stacks with bands, plain close
verges.
