Billiard-room. 1821. Brick, roughcast, with stone dressings.
1 storey, 3 bays, bay divisions defined by broad pilasters. French
windows under fanlight with radial glazing. Moulded cornice under low
coped parapet concealing low pitch roof. This building and the
adjoining orangery (qv) to the right stand on a stone podium of 3 steps.
