Farmhouse. Late C18. Red brick in Flemish bond, stone dressings,
pantiled roof. Rectangular main block with lower wing to left.
Originally central direct entry: front door now replaced by window.
Main block of 2 storeys, 3 bays. All windows have sashes with glazing
bars in plain wood surrounds under channelled wedge lintels. Dentilled
brick eaves cornice, end stacks, tumbled-in brick to raised gables.
Lower wing has C19 tripartite sash with glazing bars under channelled
wedge lintel to ground floor, C20 casement to attic. End stack,
tumbled-in brick to raised gable. Rear elevation has C19 door in plain
wood surround with gabled canopy over. Interior: cut string staircase
with turned balusters and ramped handrail.
