House. c1830. Brick, timber eaves cornice, slate roof. 2 storeys,
2 windows. Central direct entry. Doric porch with pilasters and deep
moulded cornice; late C19 door with oblong fanlight in panelled reveals.
Ground floor has late C19 canted bay with sashes with glazing bars to right,
sash with glazing bars under cambered channelled wedge lintel to left.
First floor: 16-pane sash under channelled wedge lintel to right, similar
12-pane sash to left. Timber eaves cornice, with paired brackets. Hipped
roof, end stacks.
