GV II


House. Late C18. Brick, rendered, with timber eaves cornice and pantiled
roofs. Central direct entry with later extensions to rear. 2 storeys and
attics, 3.bays, symmetrical elevation. Plinth. 1 step to entrance, flanked
by sunken boot-scrapers, 6 raised and fielded panel door under fanlight with
radial glazing bars in panelled reveals. Doorcase with fluted pilasters and
roundels supporting entablature. Ground floor has 16-pane sashes with
sills. First floor has sash with glazing bars and sill over door flanked by
16-pane sashes with sills. Eaves cornice with paired brackets. End stacks,
raised coped gables with kneelers.
