House built in 1826 by William Clark and George Shepherdson of Driffield. White brick with stucco dressings and slate roof. Two storeys, three bays. Central entrance six-panel door with radial fanlight in panelled reveals. Ionic porch. Bays defined by pilaster strips. Twelve-pane sashes in reveals with sills under wedge lintels. Patterned first floor band. Similar sashes above. Eaves cornice. Hipped roof with corniced end stacks.
