Goods shed. 1846 with later additions. Built for the Yorkshire and North
Midland Railway Company. Red brick with stone dressings. Hipped slate
roof with overhanging eaves. East front has low office attached to left
with single plank door, and a single glazing bar sash. To the right a large
round headed engine opening with sand stone impost band. South front has
central double doors, in round headed engine opening with continuous impost
band forming cills to Diocletion windows either side. Attached to the west
a 3 bay addition faced with weather boarding and supported on iron columns
with ornate brackets.
