26.1.67 (Formerly listed as Old
Entrance Lodge to Kilnwick Hall)

Lodge to Kilnwick Percy Hall, c1840. Ashlar, slate roofs. Equal-armed
cross on plan with tetrastyle Ionic portico with pediment to each arm of
cross. Main elevation of 1 storey and attics, 3 bays. Central sash with
glazing bars, in architrave with sill, behind portico. French windows to
right and left with glazing bars and blank panels over. Additional French
windows to re-entrant angles under porches carried on pilasters. Moulded
eaves cornice, central stack.
