House. c1830. Light brown brick in English garden wall bond, slate roof.
Two storeys, 3 bays; symmetrical elevation. Door of 6 raised and fielded
panels under fanlight with radial glazing in doorcase with fluted pilasters
and cornice carried on fluted brackets. 16-pane sashes with sills under
wedge lintels to right and left. Similar windows to first floor. End stack
to left, hipped roof. Interior: a number of original features survive
including a cut-string stair with scrolled tread-ends, turned newels, and
slender ramped handrail, a fireplace in room to left within a fluted
surround with rosettes, and a moulded oval arch to the main landing.
