Former warehouses and offices. Dated 1825. 2 storeys in brown brick with
modern pantile roof. 5 windows, segmental arches above 5, later voussoirs and
glazing bars. Segmental-headed carriage entry and wood gates. Right-hand
section as 4 windows with flat wooden lintels and fixed glazing bars, above 4
windows has to left hand section. To the right of this is the former house,
with coped gable ends. 3 windows, rendered lintels, hung sashes with glazing
bars, band at cills. 3 windows to ground floor.
