Mid C18 and late C18. Two storeys in painted brick with machine tile roof
with two gabled dormers. Wood ogee bracket eaves cornice enriched with guttae,
later wood spouting. Three windows, the centre one narrower, near flush frame
sashes with small panes, stuccoed heads and stone cills. Rendered plinth to
building. Four stone steps to modern door. Light wrought iron guard rails.
